As a parent of a UNC student, there are times when you might need the assistance of the University on behalf of your student. This can range from support for administrative problems to coordinating your student's needs in the case of injury or illness. We encourage you to contact us to see if we can be of assistance.
Our number one concern is always our students and we will work with you to help them succeed here at Carolina. At the same time, we cannot violate students’ confidentiality or provide information that violates the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). FERPA is a Federal law that protects the privacy of student educational records and gives students the right to access and correct their records.
